2. Shortlisting the postgraduate student applications for academic office final approval
3. Giving applicants feedback of the postgraduate applications
4. Generating provisional and student numbers for applicants and successful postgraduate candidates
5. Providing Accepted postgraduate Students with any other information they require to enroll at the institution as registered students
